宇振盛，男，漢族，1973年2月出生，籍貫山東昌樂，全日制研究生，理學博士，上海理工大學滬江學者特聘教授，2006年6月加入中國共產黨，1995年8月參加工作。
現任上海理工大學理學院黨委副書記、院長。

人物經歷
2004年進入上海理工大學，2005年12月破格晉升副教授。
1991-1995，曲阜師範大學，數學與計算機科學系，本科；
1998-2001，曲阜師範大學，運籌學研究所，碩士；
2001-2004，大連理工大學，套用數學系，博士；
2005-2007，同濟大學，博士後；
2013-2014，新加坡國立大學，訪問學者。
研究方向
數學規劃、統計最佳化、矩陣最佳化以及機器學習、深度學習理論、算法及其套用。
主要成就
發表學術論文30餘篇，其中10餘篇被SCI檢索，為 Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization、 Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computing、中國科學、數學學報、運籌學學報等審稿人。
主持完成上海市教委科研項目一項，參加國家自然科學基金3項，財政部重點課題一項.現主持上海市教委科研創新項目一項，目前為上海市重點學科—系統分析與集成項目組主要成員。
社會任職
中國運籌學會數學規劃分會理事（2010-2014），上海市運籌學會理事。
