研究領域

離子通道的結構和功能正常是維持生命過程的基礎,其結構或功能的異常會導致許多先天性或後天獲得性疾病,稱為離子通道病。離子通道功能的減弱或增強均會導致機體生理功能的紊亂,主要累及神經、肌肉、心臟、腎臟等系統或器官。瞬時受體勢(transient receptor potential, TRP)通道是人類感覺系統的先驅,由於可以回響從細胞內至細胞外的多種刺激而被稱為多覺感受器。其中的溫度敏感型TRP通道除了可被溫度激活外,還可被各種物理或化學因素激活,激活的溫敏型TRP通道不但介導溫度感知,而且還參與痛覺的形成和傳導、癢覺發生以及皮膚神經源炎症發生,因此,溫度敏感型TRP通道已成為治療疼痛、炎症和瘙癢等疾病的重要新型分子靶標。目前,我們研究小組主要聚焦於膜離子通道和神經細胞信號傳導的研究,以闡述離子通道與神經細胞信號調控的關係為主要研究目標,重點關注與痛覺及傷害性傳導密切相關的離子通道的生物學功能和作用機制。主要從以下幾個方面開展:
(1) 溫度敏感型TRP通道的門控機制與功能結構域鑑定;
(2) 重要疾病中離子通道和神經信號調控異常的分子機制,並同時探究離子通道在生理與病理中的作用;
(3) 為相關離子通道類疾病的藥物篩選和治療提供潛在的作用靶標,進而指導新藥發現。
