科研簡介
研究方向: 凝聚態關聯電子系統、超導、磁性、量子Monte Carlo、石墨烯、拓撲絕緣體、量子光學與量子計算。
(1)使用 Stripe模型研究了高溫超導體和磁性材料的微觀機理,首先提出了量子臨界相的Wess-Zumino-Witten模式和自旋波激發在高能情況下呈現高度相似性,和實驗結果吻合的很好。有關結果被美國國家研究委員會凝聚態物理和材料物理分會在《CMMP2010 報告》中列為未來重要科研課題之一討論。研究超導與磁性的關係。(2)提出了鐵基超導體的磁性模型,研究了多軌道特性,發現了該類材料具有很強的層間相互作用和層內各向異性。提出了磁有序可以導致低溫光電子譜(ARPES)呈現各向異性,發現了電子關聯效應可以導致電荷分布的Stripe相,給出了基於Hubbard模型的物理相圖。與合作者最先提出了基於鐵基超導體的三明治約瑟夫森結。(3)通過研究二維量子無序自旋系統,指出在量子情況下著名的Harris指標不遵守。研究了準二維量子自旋系統,發現了磁化率、結構因子的普適規律,可用於快速計算層間相互作用。研究了具有4自旋環狀相互作用的Heisenberg模型,顯示其不同於傳統二級相變的特性,與Deconfined的量子相變密切關聯。(4)在新的二維幾何阻挫系統-三角Kagome系統的研究上取得一系列成果,獲得了伊辛模型、量子+伊辛模型、二聚體模型的精確配分函式(類似Onsager精確解),給出了零溫熵,計算了磁化率、比熱,得到了外加磁場和有相互作用情況下體系的豐富相圖,發現了具有拓撲性質的新自旋相,特別是閉路氣體相(Kagome loop gas)。探索新的幾何阻挫系統和物質相。(5)研究了拓撲絕緣體的表面磁性RKKY相互作用,指出可以通過電學的方法來調控相互作用的大小和方向,提出了奇異量子Hall效應。考慮拓撲絕緣體與光的相互作用。(6)與合作者提出了石墨烯體系的d+id超導對稱性,計算了Andreev 導電譜,《Science》上的超導-石墨烯實驗和我們的預測一致。探索石墨烯在量子計算中的套用。

已發表多篇高質量的論文,其中包括《Nature Physics》,《Physical Review Letters》和《Physical Review B》(含Rapid Communication),論文總引用數近400次,另有英文專著1部。四十餘次在國際學術會議和著名大學做學術報告。關於高溫超導體中Stripe位相的研究, 被美國國家研究委員會(NRC)凝聚態物理和材料物理分會在《CMMP2010 報告》中列為未來重要科研課題之一討論。關於在三角Kagome格點上的三篇論文(Ising模型、量子+Ising模型、Dimer模型)成為在精確可解模型、磁相變領域的經典文獻。
