夏勍，1978年2月出生於北京，教育學博士，畢業於美國哥倫比亞大學，諾博教育體系創始人，現任北京哥大諾博教育科技股份有限公司董事長兼執行長，北京師範大學Siegler創新學習研究中心副主任，北京市青年聯合會第11屆委員，中國民辦教育協會學前教育專業委員會副理事長。
2016年3月，夏勍和王東瀛聯合創辦的諾博教育在新三板掛牌（股票代碼：835983）。

個人經歷
1995年9月至1999年6月，就讀於北京工業大學軟體工程系。
1999年8月至2002年6月，任中國科學院，中國網際網路信息中心網路部主管。
2002年8月至2004年7月，任德國亞琛飛利浦研究院研究員。
2002年8月至2004年7月，就讀於荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學（TU Delft）計算機學院科學媒體與信息工程專業，獲理學碩士學位和優秀畢業生榮譽。
2004年8月至2006年7月，任喬治·梅森大學（George Mason University）教育系訪問學者。
2005年8月至2006年7月，任喬治·華盛頓大學（George Washington University）計算機系訪問學者（兼職）。
2006年9月，被美國哥倫比亞大學（紐約）教師學院全額獎學金（本·伍德學者獎金）錄取。
2007年3月，於哥倫比亞大學教師學院成立了諾博教育機構，由此開始諾博教育體系的研究。
2010年5月，於哥倫比亞大學教師學院畢業，獲教育學博士學位。
2011年至今，任北京哥大諾博教育科技股份有限公司董事長兼執行長。
2011年至今，任北京師範大學Siegler創新學習研究中心副主任。
2015年6月至2016年6月，任《中國教師報》學前教育指導與服務平台主任。
2016年，當選北京市青年聯合會第11屆委員。
