夏冬梅，女，博士，重慶大學能源與動力工程學院副教授，碩士生導師。本科畢業於四川大學核工程與核技術專業，2014.7獲中國科學院大學博士學位，方向為粒子物理與原子核物理實驗。2014.7進入重慶大學動力工程學院。現主要研究方向為中微子振盪實驗、核探測器設計與性能研究、粒子物理實驗中的重建軟體開發。參與的大型國際合作項目包括大亞灣反應堆中微子實驗以及江門中微子實驗，在合作組中任重慶大學負責人，主要研究探測器性能及重建軟體的開發與最佳化。目前主持自然基金1項，重慶市基金1項。近年在Physice review letter、physics review D、Chinese Physics C、Nuclear Instrument and Method A、J. Radioanal. Nucl. Ch.等上發表文章20餘篇，h-index=13。為J. Radioanal. Nucl. Ch.雜誌審稿人。
