2012年5月，當采檔代世界研究中心與德國羅莎·盧森堡基金會在北京聯合舉辦題為“國際金融危機與資本主義新變化、新調整”的國際研討會，來自德國、英國、希臘、義大利以及中國的20多位專家學者參加。與會專家學者圍乃鑽嫌姜繞金融危機對中國和歐洲的影響、資本主義危機根源以及資本主義的頁刪愉發展前景等問題進行深入研討。本書系與會專家提交研討的論文集，中、英雙語出版，前部分為中文，後部分為英文。
