此教輔書是配合《國際貿易實務(英文版)(第三版)》而編寫的。考慮到教材是全英文編寫，對於中國學習者而言存在一定的理解困難，編者針對教材中的難點和重點，編寫了這本輔導用書，希望能在一定程度上幫助學習者更好地掌握貿易實務的知識、提高貿易英語的能力。
