編寫說明

本書專門為了配合國際經濟法的教學與研究而編寫，是與《國際經濟法》(21世紀法學系列教材，中國人民大學出版社，2000年版)相配套的教學參考資料。在編寫體例上與《國際經濟法》一致，共分六編：國際經濟法總論、國際貿易法、國際投資法、國際稅法、國際貨幣金融法和國際經濟貿易爭議解決法律制度。

參加本書編寫的有：

趙秀文(中國人民大學法學院教授、博士生導師)：第一、六編；

尹立(中國人民大學法學院副教授)：第二編；

湯樹梅(中國人民大學法學院副教授)：第三編；

董安生(中國人民大學法學院教授、博士生導師)：第四編；

張曉東(中南政法大學教授)：第五編。

本書的各位作者在編寫本書的過程中，參考了大量的相關文獻和論文，試圖反映我國國際經濟法的學者在研究國際經濟法方面所取得的最新成果，並收入了相關的國際公約、國際慣例、示範法以及我國有關的立法檔案，以便供廣大的讀者在學習國際經濟法的過程中參考。由於篇幅有限，一些常見的法律、法規沒有在此收錄，一些重要的法規也僅收錄了部分比較重要的條款。編寫本書是一次新的嘗試，肯定存在著不少問題，歡迎廣大讀者批評指正。
