個人簡介
嚴秀平,男,1962年1月生,浙江省臨海市人,南開大學化學學院教授,博士生導師,分析科學研究中心主任,校學術委員會委員,長江學者特聘教授。2013年1月16日當選中國人民政治協商會議天津市第十三屆委員會委員。
教育經歷
1981年畢業於浙江台州師專(現為台州學院)化學系;
1987和1993年分別獲中科院大連化學物理研究所分析化學碩士學位及中科院生態環境研究中心環境化學博士學位。
1993.7至2000.1間,先後在北京大學化學系、德國Perkin-Elmer儀器公司套用研究部、比利時Antwerp大學研究院痕微量化學研究中心及加拿大Saskatchewan大學地球科學系從事博士後研究。
工作經歷
2000年獲國家傑出青年科學基金資助,2001年入選“天津市131人才工程”第一層次人選,2002年享受國務院政府特殊津貼,2004年入選“天津市授銜專家”,2006年分別入選“長江學者獎勵計畫特聘教授”、“新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選”和“首屆天津市德業雙馨十佳教師”。

環境分析化學: 聯用技術、綠色樣品預處理技術、現代光譜/質譜和分離分析技術及其在持久性有毒污染物分析中的套用;生物分析化學: 毛細管電泳/色譜與原子光譜/質譜聯用技術套用於元素形態與生物活性分子的相互作用、生物體中金屬元素間的協同和拮抗作用、金屬組學、金屬蛋白質組學研究, 納米生物感測;先進材料分析化學: 先進功能材料的合成、表征及其在重要環境和生物目標物的分離分析、感測和成像中的套用。

發明與著作
長期從事原子光(質)譜分析及聯用技術、環境分析化學、生物無機分析化學和先進材料在分析化學中的套用研究,提出了若干電熱原子化過程動力學參數的測定方法並被國際同行套用於原子化機理的研究,發展了一系列環境和生物體系中化學污染物的線上富集分離和檢測聯用新技術和新方法,合成了一系列新穎先進功能材料並套用於分離分析、化學和生物感測。獲發明專利授權5項,合作出版學術著作1部,發表SCI論文190篇,其中IF>3.0論文78篇(包括Analytical Chemistry (32),Accounts of Chemical Research (1), Chemical Society Reviews (1), Angewandte Chemie (4),Journal of the American Chemical Society (2), Advanced Materials (1),Chemistry – A European Journal (5), Environmental Science & Technology (4)),被SCI期刊引用1518次,H指數為23。
