項目摘要
唾液酸轉移酶與腫瘤細胞的轉移密切相關，該酶抑制劑的研製可能會導致潛在的抗腫瘤轉移藥物的發現。本項目擬根據現有的機理信息，模擬唾液酸轉移酶催化反應的過渡態，設計並且合成兩類糖模擬物小分子抑制劑，然後對合成的目標物進行分子水平、細胞水平的酶抑制活性評價，以期發現新的活性高、能透過細胞膜的先導化合物，從而有利於對該酶結構和功能的理解以及新型抗腫瘤藥物的研究。
