唐明君，四川南充人，四川師範大學物理與電子工程學院講師 1995年畢業於四川省宜賓學院物理學專業，1995-2005年在四川省南充市蘆溪中學工作。2005-2008年在四川師範大學物理與電子工程學院攻讀理論物理專業碩士研究生，2008-2012年在四川大學原子與分子物理研究所攻讀博士研究生並取得博士學位。碩士及博士研究生期間，積極參與了國家重點基礎研究發展計畫（973計畫）項目、國家自然科學基金科學儀器基礎研究專項以及電子科技大學電子薄膜與集成器件國家重點實驗室開放基金項目等，主要從事新型材料的第一性原理研究及實驗合成。目前已發表論文6篇，在研科研項目3項。
