人物經歷
1975年畢業於淄博一中高21級，當年插隊落戶於臨淄區城關公社蔣王村。1977年考入復旦大學國際政治系，1983年留學美國史丹福大學社會學系，導師為著名組織理論家James March教授。1991年於史丹福大學獲博士學位後，曾先後應聘於美國一流學府康奈爾大學、杜克大學。
