周鐵，男，上海長海醫院泌尿外科副教授，擅長男性不育和前列腺疾病診治、顯微外科手術治療無精症、精道內鏡手術以及機器人手術。現任中華醫學會泌尿外科學分會基礎研究學組委員。擔任《泌尿外科精選》編委。獲國家自然科學基金面上項目等基金資助80萬，在Journal of urology、Prostate、Journal of endourology等國際泌尿外科權威雜誌上發表SCI論文15篇。作為前列腺癌診治團隊成員之一榮獲2012年國家科技進步一等獎。
