人物簡介
2002年畢業於加拿大Queen’s University,獲生物化學和分子生物學博士學位。2003-2004年在Queen’s University蛋白質功能中心和生物化學系從事博士後研究,2005年後在美國Duke University Medical Center任助理研究員、助理教授。2009年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”,2010年起擔任中國科學院動物研究所研究員、博士生導師、昆蟲發育與生殖基因調控研究組組長,2011年獲“百人計畫”擇優支持。
主要成就
長期從事發育生物學,轉錄調控機制,細胞因子與信號通路,功能基因進化及環境脅迫適應等方面的研究。曾獲美國PRS NIH/NICHD Young Investigator Award,擔任Journal of Allergy and Therapy編委。近年的研究成果發表於PNAS, Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Journal of Cell Science, American Journal of Physiology等SCI期刊上。授權國際專利1項。
研究方向
綜合運用分子生物學、生物化學、細胞生物學等手段,研究昆蟲生殖發育與變態的基因調控機制,昆蟲與寄主植物的相互作用和昆蟲適應環境脅迫的分子機理。包括昆蟲激素(保幼激素、蛻皮激素、肽激素等)或環境與寄主因子誘導下的基因轉錄與調控、蛋白表達與修飾、信號傳導等。
