周偉軍,博士。男,浙江鄞縣人,1962年12月出生。先後在海外多所大學與研究所研修及工作,與國外同行建立了很好合作關係。現任國際SCI刊物《Australian Journal of Agricultural Research》編委,十餘種國際SCI刊物指定審稿人,中國作物學會理事會理事、作物生理學組副組長,中國作物學會油料作物專業委員會理事,浙江省農作物品種審定委員會油菜專業組組長,浙江省“151人才工程”第一層次人員,掛職浙江大學外事處副處長等。
