吳進,男,博士中山大學電子與信息工程學院副教授,博士生導師。在華中科技大學新加坡南洋理工大學分別於2011年和2014年獲得碩士和博士學位。博士畢業後,繼續在南洋理工大學做博士後,在新加坡-麻省理工學院聯盟(SMART)項目裡面從事感測器的研究。2017年加入中山大學,任“百人計畫”副教授,博士生導師。主要從事感測器與敏感電子學的研究,面向健康醫療和可穿戴式電子,在氣敏、濕敏、溫敏、應變、壓力和生物敏感材料和電子器件的製備和測試等方面具有研究基礎。近年來在三維石墨烯和水凝膠的合成及其氣體感測套用、聚合物掩膜材料製備及其高分辨光刻套用、10 nm 以下金銀納米顆粒陣列製備及高分辨成像套用等研究上取得系列創新性成果。迄今,在ACS Nano,Mater. Horiz., Adv. Funct. Mater.,Adv. Sci., Nanoscale,J. Mater. Chem. A, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., J. Mater. Chem. C,Sens. Actuators, B,ACS sensors等國際刊物發表SCI/EI論文60多篇,被引用800多次,單篇被引用100多次,ESI高被引/熱點論文多篇,研究成果多次被雜誌作為亮點工作重點介紹。發表了美國專利、國際發明專利和中國專利多項和書籍章節 3 章, 多次受邀請做國際會議報告。吳進博士的研究領域較廣,包括電子器件和材料的製備、測試和套用研究,覆蓋微電子、材料、化學和物理等多個學科。
