主要貢獻
2001年畢業於安徽師範大學化學教育專業，同年考取中國科學院廣州化學研究所碩士，從事天然產物的全合成研究，2004年獲得有機化學碩士學位。2004-2007年師從中國科學院化學研究所范青華研究員，致力於有機配體穩定的金屬納米粒子在催化方法學中的套用研究，於2007年獲得中國科學院理學博士學位。2007年末赴美國SyracuseUniversity從事博士後研究，發現和發展了一類新型的小分子液晶累積模型，為液晶材料在生物材料和生物催化領域的套用奠定了深遠的基礎。2009年初在美國University of Notre Dame （美國TOP 20）開始過渡金屬催化的有機合成方法學研究，重點在鈦和鎳金屬催化的多組分串聯反應及催化產物的相關衍生研究。2010年9月被哈爾濱工業大學以“百人計畫第四層次”引進，同年獲得國家自然科學基金資助一項。2012年8月以“人才引進”方式調動至南京農業大學理學院化學系。目前已發表十多篇sci文章，其中影響因子大於5.0文章5篇，文章他引總次數達200餘次。為《化學進展》、European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Current Organic Chemistry, Tetrahedron Letters, Minireviews in Medicinal Chemistry等國內國際知名SCI雜誌特約審稿人。
2013年招有機化學碩士和博士研究生2-3名（可接受調劑生）, 目前已與美國Syracuse University的Prof. Yan-Yeung Luk達成協定，優秀博士研究生在讀期間有機會去美國繼續深造)歡迎有志青年報考！
