吳宇哲

人物簡介

1989年至1993年就讀於浙江工學院獲建築工程教育專業，獲工學學士學位；1997年至2000年就讀於浙江大學農業經濟管理專業，獲管理學碩士學位；2002年至2005年就讀於浙江大學土壤學專業（土地資源管理方向），獲農學博士學位。

工作研究領域

（1）土地政策與區域發展：城市化政策、空間規劃、土地評價、可持續發展

（2）城市管理與房地產發展：住房政策、房地產經營、基礎設施建設管理、綠色住宅。
