吳亮宇（1981——），男，福建農林大學園藝學院茶學系副教授。主要研究方向：茶樹資源綜合利用。主持教育部博士點基金（新教師類），福建省自然科學基金，福州市茉莉花產業提升項目等，承擔本科生《茶學基礎》雙語教學，碩士生《茶樹資源綜合利用》、《茶葉深加工研究進展》，博士生《茶葉資源綜合利用》等課程。
