Pollution-free Fixed-island Micro Fiber
Manufactured by advanced bicompoent complex filature production technics, due to its special composition and excellent performance, fixed-island micro fiber has resounding influence when applied in the areas of weaving material and synthetic leather. Because of its fixed number of islands, fiber density and identical fiber length, the synthetic leather made from it has more higher intensity, better color fastness and chromaticity. Fine fibre is not easy to break off and its appearance and performance are very similar to natural leather. With the characters of softness, fleshy handle, strong hygroscopicity and comfort for wear, it also has advantages in tensile strength, anti-split index and peeling intensity when compared with natural leather.
