元寶燒的基本料理方式:
蒸:
不需要解凍,將元寶燒取出後,裝好盤,置於蒸鍋中,沸水蒸10分鐘即可,可撒上椰子粉(加細糖)、花生粉(加細糖)或沾干貝醬海鮮醬等調料,味道更佳,調料按個人口味調配食用。
煮:
1.做火鍋:將元寶燒取出後,不需要解凍,直接放入鍋中,沸水煮6分鐘以上即可,沾干貝醬海鮮醬或按個人口味調配食用;
2.做甜湯:將元寶燒取出後,不需解凍,直接放入沸糖水鍋內,煮6分鐘以上即可食用。
炸:
退冰後,將元寶燒置於油鍋中,油炸至金黃色即可,沾蜂蜜或按個人口味調配食用。
