目標：未來2年內努力成為網友最喜愛的網站之一
規劃：這是一向長久的計畫，需要友久社區全體管理人員的努力，網站一切以會員體驗、會員利益為優先，在網站技術上我們會以創新技術為發展，在網站設計上我們會以簡潔而實用符合大眾路線發展，根據用戶反饋實施更多更好的規劃。

1.社區界面簡單、人性化，一目了然的體驗

友久獎盃
介紹：友久社區活動資金設立的一項針對於友久社區做出傑出貢獻會員的獎勵機構
規則：友久獎盃每年舉行一次，每次選舉出3名傑出會員給予獎勵
獎品：根據每年的實際情況給予獎勵，物品價值在1千與10萬之間（物品價值後續會增加）
可參與活動的用戶：所有在友久社區網站註冊的會員通過實名認證後均可參加（被計入過黑名單的用戶IP，身份證將不能參加）

友久社區第一屆友久獎盃於2012年8月31日 友久社區開站當天開始 於2013年8月31日結束（正在進行中）
活動一：最佳人氣會員1名（在活動即將結束前1個月會對於參加友久獎盃的人進行選舉投票）
