協茂股份有限公司成立於1933年，是新加坡首家上市的紙業股份公司，是規模宏大的紙商及紙加工的跨國公司，其業務遍布新加坡、馬來西亞、中國大陸與香港。協茂集團在新加坡經營商用紙品與花式紙品，同時也提供優質的加工服務，主要包括裁切及復卷服務。

在馬來西亞，協茂集團在檳城、吉隆坡與新山各設有辦事處，所有三個辦事處都供應花式紙品與花式紙板。

在中國方面，協茂集團在香港、北京、上海、廣州、廈門、成都設立了全資子公司，並設有35家經銷商，機構遍及中國的24個省、4個直轄市。集團的零售業、藝術紙廊在新加坡、馬來西 亞和中國都正不斷發展壯大，憑藉地點優勢的店面銷售高品質的花式紙品，使這些零售店面對集團的商貿業務起了輔助作用，為上門顧客提供優質服務。

在固有市場繼續發展傳統業務的同時，協茂集團將不斷謀求在亞太地區開發新的市場，爭取更大的發展。1987年，協茂紙業在中國廈門成立了首家辦事處，而隨著業務的不斷擴大，協茂紙業先後在北京、上海、廈門、廣州成立子公司，分支機構及銷售服務網路已遍及中國大陸，公司員工也發展到上百人。在中國，協茂公司主要經營高級花紋紙及裝幀材料。秉著“傳承與發展”的理念，協茂紙業精選美國、義大利、瑞典、法國、英國、西班牙等頂級紙廠的高級花式紙，帶回紙的故鄉-----中國，同時在中國生產加工多款花式紙。

Hiap Moh is a leading paper merchant in Singapore with subsidiaries in Malaysia and Greater China (People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong SAR). We focus on distributing a wide range of fine quality paper used by our customers across a broad spectrum of applications.

Anchored by our strong distribution network and our global link to suppliers, we are able to reliably and consistently create value to serve our customers’ business growth. We delivered this across our 73 years of history and will continue to do so. We maintain a broad range and a high level of paper inventory to provide just-in-time delivery to our customers. To serve the needs of the different markets we operate in, we market some products under our own brand and distribute mill brands on either an exclusive or non-exclusive distribution arrangement.

Established since 1933 in Singapore, Hiap Moh is headquartered in Singapore and listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited as Hiap Moh Corporation Ltd. Within the region, we operate directly in Singapore, Malaysia and Greater China.
