以楊樹為研究材料深入解析林木次生生長的調控網路。
1. 次生生長轉錄調控的表觀遺傳調控機理:綜合利用遺傳學、分子生物學、基因組學(ChIP-seq、RNA-seq等)及生物信息學等方法系統分析次生生長過程中表觀遺傳修飾的動態變化及其與基因轉錄水平的相關性。
2. 形成層幹細胞的維持和分化,韌皮部-木質部的分化平衡。
