劉震宇(安徽農業大學教授)

劉震宇，教授，博士生導師。1999年獲東北大學計算機及套用專業學士學位。2001至2003年就讀美國俄亥俄州立大學植物病理系，獲植物病理學碩士學位。2004至2009年就讀美國威斯康星麥迪遜大學植物病理系，獲植物病理學博士學位。2009至2016年在美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學植物病理系和昆蟲系從事博士後研究工作。2016年9月作為海外引進高層次人才進入安徽農業大學植物保護學院工作。

研究方向

從事植物與病原真菌互作功能基因組學領域的研究，包括效應子生物學和植物免疫學。開展馬鈴薯早疫病菌及小麥全蝕病菌效應子生物學研究，結合採用生物信息學、基因組學、遺傳學、分子生物學、生物化學等方法，識別鑑定病原菌效應子宙民察、功能分析及其套用，探討病原菌致病機理，以及識別鑑定植物抗病和感病基因及探尋植物抗病性和感病性分子機制。此研究不僅將為作物抗病催她霉淋育種提供寶貴的抗病資源，而且有助於制定行之有效的診斷、防治作物病害的新策略。
