北京師範大學心理學部認知神經科學與學習國家重點實驗室教授、博士生導師，中組部“萬人計畫”青年拔尖人才，國家社科重大項目首席專家，國家重點研發計畫重點專項課題負責人。於2010年獲密西根大學安娜堡分校心理學博士學位，獲美國心理學會（APA）Dissertation Research Award。現擔任中國心理學會情緒與健康心理學分會理事，國際社會神經科學學會(S4SN)中國分會理事。研究方向為情緒與社會認知神經科學，主要關注情緒在社會認知尤其是道德認知中的調控作用和腦機制，及其在教育、管理與安防等領域的套用。

研究方向
研究方向為情緒與社會認知神經科學，主要關注情緒在社會認知尤其是道德認知中的調控作用和腦機制，及其在教育、管理與安防等領域的套用。如負罪感、羞愧以及同情等在人類道德觀及利他行為的形成中所起的調節作用；各種積極與消極社會情緒(讚賞、厭惡、喜悅、憎恨、嫉妒等等)在人類小群體互動行為，如競爭與合作、懲罰與獎賞、決策與博弈等行為中所發揮的影響等。
