劉紅梅：理學博士。本科於1992、碩士於1996年畢業於清華大學計算機系、博士於2001年畢業於中山大學電子系。2002－2003年在Lille 1， France 從事博士後研究工作。現為中山大學信息科技學院副教授，中國計算機學會多媒體專業委員會副秘書長，廣東省圖像圖形學會副秘書長。目前研究方向為多媒體信號處理與信息安全。
