劉瑞芳，女，河南濮陽人，理學博士，副教授，鄭州大學數學與統計學院碩士研究生導師。美國數學評論評論員，研究方向為譜圖理論與結構圖論。

個人簡介
劉瑞芳，理學博士，副教授，碩士研究生導師。美國數學評論評論員，河南省運籌學會理事。2004年獲得鄭州大學數學與統計學院理學學士學位。2007年獲得鄭州大學數學與統計學院運籌學與控制論專業理學碩士學位。2010年獲得華東師範大學數學系運籌學與控制論專業博士學位。2010年7月起在鄭州大學數學與統計學院工作，研究方向為圖譜理論與結構圖論。

2. 2016年獲得河南省高等學校青年骨幹教師.
3. 2015年論文《Sufficient spectral conditions on Hamiltonian and traceable graphs》獲得河南省第四屆自 然科學優秀學術論文獎一等獎.
