劉玉秀，女，博士，副教授，碩士生導師，入選2019年陝西省高校科協青年人才托舉計畫。2018年7月於西北農林科技大學農學院獲得農學博士學位，期間於2014年至2016年在美國愛達荷大學和華盛頓州立大學聯合培養2年，同年留校工作。

人物經歷
劉玉秀先後主持國家自然科學青年基金、科技部外國專家項目、陝西省自然科學基金青年人才等項目，並先後參與國家“十三五”重點研發計畫、國家“十三五”作物種質資源保護、陝西省國際合作等項目。近年來，在《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Foods》、《Field Crops Research》、作物學報等期刊發表論文30餘篇。參與選育小麥新品種普冰322、普冰151。
研究方向
小麥優異種質和基因資源挖掘及新品種選育。
主授課程
本科生《農業概論》、《種子法規與品種權保護》等課程，本科生教學實習和畢業實習等實踐課程。
