研究方向
1、經濟林重要性狀調控基因的發掘與利用
主要從轉錄組學出發、發掘經濟林（翅果油樹、探笑府仁用杏、花椒）中調控重要農藝性狀的關鍵基因及對候選基因進行克隆及表達驗證，分析相關基因的表達規律和分子功能，探討其分子調控機理。
2、經濟林分子標記開發與套用
利用轉錄組與基因組數據，對花椒、仁用杏、翅果油樹等經濟林進行分子標記（SSR、SNP、InDel等）的開發與陵膠朵埋利用，構建相關經濟樹種的分子指紋圖譜、分析其遺傳進化關係以及通過關聯分析篩選可能與重要農藝性狀相關的分子標記，為後續分子標記輔助選擇育種提供標記資源。
