個人履歷
1982年獲西南農業大學學士學位。1985年獲西南農業大學碩士學位。
1991年獲西南農業大學博士學位。1991年至1994年，西南農業大學副研究員。
1994年至1995年，美國佛羅里達大學博士後。
1995年至1996年，西南農業大學副研究員。
1996年至1999年，美國佛羅里達大學訪問學者。
2000年至今，西南大學研究員,博士生導師。
主要成就
主要研究方向：
昆蟲生態及有害生物綜合治理，有害生物監測與調控，媒介昆蟲學及傳毒機制，轉基因生物風險評估。
科研及獲獎情況
先後獲得和參加國家自然科學基金、國家"863"、教育部、農業部基金項目以及四川省、重慶市科研項目20餘項。獲省、部級科技進步二等獎3項，3等獎4項，多次參加國內外學術交流。
