研究方向
主要從事食品營養方向研究,主要研究內容具體包括:
1. 食品營養功能組分發掘與功效評價;
2. 新型膳食模式對代謝綜合徵的干預作用機制;
3. 最佳化膳食構成對腦衰老及阿爾茲海默症的改善作用與機制研究。
學術成果
研究發現了高脂高果糖等不合理膳食模式會誘導腦部胰島素抵抗及認知功能障礙,並嘗試探索了通過改變膳食結構和營養組分,干預由於遺傳、衰老、不合理飲食、社會壓力等因素引起的認知記憶功能紊亂及情緒變化。近年來在食品營養及生物化學領域共發表論文五十餘篇,主要成果發表在食品營養與生物化學領域等具有國際影響力的期刊上,論文總引次數超過800餘次,H-index 17,i10index 25。其中ESI前1%高被引論文3篇,封面文章1篇,參編英文專著1部。
近5年來主持包括國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年項目、陝西省重點研發計畫、中國博士後特別資助、企業橫向課題等科研項目10餘項,榮獲2018年陝西省科學技術進步獎二等獎(排名第二)及陝西省高等學校科學技術一等獎(排名第二)。目前任Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience審稿編輯,Free radical biology & medicine, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Nutrition, Journal of Functional Foods等食品營養學雜誌審稿人。美國營養學會、歐洲自由基研究學會會員。多次受邀參與多個國際重要學術會議,包括美國營養學會(American Societyof Nutrition)、美國加州自由基協會(Oxygen California Club)以及戈登會議(Gordon Research Seminar & Gordon Research Conference)、國際脂質科學與健康研討會等國際會議並做學術報告。
