劉建平，男，醫學博士，教授，博士生導師。籍貫山東萊河，1961年12月20日出生於貴州。現任北京中醫藥大學循證醫學中心主任。

人物經歷

劉建平現任北京中醫藥大學循證醫學中心主任。曾留學澳大利亞、丹麥、英國，是國內早期引入並介紹循證醫學的專家之一。兼任挪威特洛姆索大學國家補充與替代醫學研究中心訪問教授，上海中醫藥大學兼職教授，世界衛生組織西太區傳統醫學顧問。國際Cochrane協作網肝病組編輯、補充替代醫學領域諮詢專家，澳大利亞流行病學會會員，加際補充醫學研究會（ISCMR）會國中醫藥學會（ISCM）會員，中華醫學會臨床流行病學學會青年委員《Chinese Medicine Journal》、《中華流行病雜誌》、《中國循證醫學雜誌》、《中國中西醫結合雜誌》、《中西醫結合學報》、《中國疾病控制雜誌》、《中國藥物警戒》等雜誌編委，《英國醫學雜誌》、《加拿大醫學會雜誌》審稿專家。

主要研究方向為循證中醫藥臨床研究與評價、臨床試驗方法學、研究綜合學；重點研究的疾病有：病毒性肝炎、愛滋病、2型糖尿病及其併發症、結腸癌、腸道易激綜合症等。

主要貢獻

在國內外發表論文180篇，其中，被SCI收錄了20篇。主編《臨床科研方法——理論與實踐》（軍事醫學科學出版社，2000年）、衛生部21世紀研究生教育規劃教材《循證中醫藥臨床研究方法》（人民衛生出版社，2006，2009）、《循證中醫藥定性研究方法學》（人民衛生出版社，2009）。參加編著《循證醫學與臨床實踐》（科學出版社，2002年）、衛生部21世紀研究生教育規劃教材《醫學科研方法》（人民衛生出版社，2002年）。
