劉兆飛，男，1982年生於河南鄭州，博士，中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所副研究員，碩士生導師。

2005年畢業於中國礦業大學獲學士學位，
2010年在北京師範大學獲博士學位，同年進入中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所工作至今。
工作內容
主要從事水文過程模擬、氣候變化及其對水文水資源的影響等研究。目前主持國家自然科學基金項目“長江源區尕爾曲流域冰川融水徑流影響機制研究”，科技部國際科技合作項目課題“蒙古高原氣候變化特徵及未來氣候變化情景分析”，主要參與國家973計畫項目專題“青藏高原多圈層作用過程對氣候變化的回響研究”，國家自然科學基金重大項目專題“瑪旁雍錯湖泊水量平衡及其影響機制研究”，國家科技支撐計畫專題“金沙江下游生態功能評價與侵蝕產沙特徵研究”。在國內外學術期刊發表論文20餘篇，其中SCI論文13篇。
