材料去皮冬瓜1斤左右(切小塊)、雞蛋1個、冰糖適量。
做法
冬瓜用浸過表面的清水煮軟,約10分鐘
放進攪拌機加適量煮冬瓜的水,打成冬瓜茸
倒入鍋里加入合適的水份和冰糖燒開,用生粉水勾薄芡成羹狀
熄火後馬上拌入打散的蛋汁成雪花狀即可,待涼至常溫時進食十分清潤可口
