儀明東,男,漢族,1979年9月,山東高密人,南京郵電大學材料科學與工程學院/信息材料與納米技術研究院,教授,博士生導師。

個人經歷

1999年9月至2003年6月與煙臺師範學院物理與電子工程學院獲學士學位。2003年9月至2008年6月於中國科學院長春套用化學研究所高分子物理與化學國家重點實驗室有機光電中心碩博連讀並獲理學博士學位。
2008年9月至2010年5月分別在新加坡南洋理工大學電機與電子工程學院和日本國立物質材料研究所從事博士後研究。
2010年6月至今在南京郵電大學材料科學與工程學院/信息材料與納米技術研究院。

研究方向

研究方向主要包括:(1)有機場效應電晶體存儲器;(2)有機二極體阻變存儲器;(3)有機神經突觸憶阻器。
