個人履歷
2002年~2006年就讀於南開大學信息學院通信工程專業,並於2006年獲得學士學位,同年9月進入南開大學信息學院光電子薄膜器件與技術研究所; 2006年~2011年期間連續攻讀碩士、博士學位,研究方向為光電子材料與器件。 2011年7月留校任教。2014年12月晉升為副研究員。
研究方向:低維納米材料與器件;第三代太陽電池;新型有機-無機複合光電子器件;
科研項目
所在課題組具備PECVD、真空管式爐、濺射、電子束蒸發等真空系統多套,以及手套箱、旋塗、噴塗、印刷等非真空鍍膜設備,同時具備完善的材料及器件測試表征平台。
本人主要從事矽基(四主族碳、矽、鍺及其合金)薄膜材料及太陽電池、低維納米材料及器件、新型有機-無機複合光電子器件等領域的研究。目前協助指導博士生2名、指導碩士生3名。
