侯先生1982年畢業於同濟大學城市規劃專業，1992年獲得美國城市設計碩士學位，是一位具有20多年專業經驗的城市設計師和規劃師，其中包括在美國17年，曾經參與、主持了美國十幾個城市中的數十項各種規模的城市設計和規劃諮詢項目，其在美國的工作經歷包括城市設計師、政府規劃師以及政府任命的規劃委員會委員等職，涉及諸多項目類型，思路清晰，經驗豐富，善於做概念性規劃設計項目，曾數次在國際規劃設計大賽中獲獎。

Mr. Hou receive his Bachelor’s degree at Tongji University Department ofPlanning in 1982 and his Master’sat Arizona State Universityin 1992. He has more than 20 years of professional experience as an urbandesigner and planner with 17 years in the US. He has been responsible forseveral dozens of projects in various scales in the USand China.His working experiences in the USinclude urban designer, governmental planner and appointed planningcommissioner by city mayor and city council. He is experienced in a wide rangeof project types, especially in concept planning and design projects, all withclear approaches and purposes in mind. He has won numerous awards in variousinternational planning and design competition.
