何谷峰

何谷峰

何谷峰,1996年畢業於中國科技大學,同年被免試保送中科院化學研究所讀研,先後獲得碩士、博士學位。2002年赴德國從事博士後研究,2006年起在德國Novaled公司工作。現任上海交通大學電信學院特別研究員、博士生導師。

何谷峰,男,博士,特別研究員、博士生導師。1996年畢業於中國科學技術大學,1999年和2002年於中國科學院化學所分別獲得理學碩士和博士學位。
2002年赴德國德勒斯登工業大學Karl Leo教授研究組從事博士後工作,研究低電壓、高效率有機發光二極體(OLED)。2004年採用了新型的雙發光層的結構,創下了的功率效率的世界記錄,在Applied Physics Letters上發表的論文被Nature、Science等頂級期刊引用達400餘次。2006年,以高級科學家的身份進入Novaled AG公司任項目主管,從事用於顯示及照明設備的白光OLED的研究和開發工作。作為Novaled子項目負責人和主要完成人參與了OLLA、oled100.eu和CARO等多項歐盟和德國資助的OLED研究項目。2010年11月加盟上海交通大學光電材料與器件中心,入選2011年上海市浦江人才計畫,主要研究有機光電功能材料與器件。
在國際高質量刊物共發表SCI收錄論文60餘篇,總共被SCI引用1500餘次,單篇最高引用400多次。2008年撰寫的一篇論文在SID國際信息顯示協會上被評為傑出論文。
