何濤，男，1972年生，博士，教授，博士生導師，青海省骨幹教師，青海省“135”高層次人才，青海省“自然科學與工程技術學科”帶頭人，國家精品視頻公開課負責人，政協西寧市第14屆委員。長期從事植物資源的保護、開發與利用研究，有“高原植物生理生態”、“資源植物細胞工程”和“抗逆植物分子生物學”3個研究方向。主持並參與課題14項，其中國家863計畫課題1項、國家自然科學基金5項。以第1作者（或通訊作者）發表學術論文17篇，其中SCI收錄8篇。
