仙人承露台，位於鳳麟洲湖西岸山凹。該仙人承露台，底層青山石高1.28米，磚砌方形仙台高0.96米，圓形石須彌座高2.66米，銅仙人蓮花座高2.43米。
據《西京雜記》載：“武帝鑿池以玩月，其旁起望鵠台以眺月，影人池中，使宮人乘舟弄月影，名影娥池，亦曰眺蟾台。”刻金石為魚龍奇禽異獸之類，點綴池山；另有採蓮女和鳴鶴之舟，往來池中。據《漢書·郊祀志下》，因為仙人好樓居，於是，武帝才令長安則作飛廉、桂館、甘泉，則作益壽、延壽館，使卿持節設具而候神人，乃作通天台（又名候神台、望仙台），高20丈，以香柏作殿梁，香聞10里，故又名柏梁台，置祠具其下，將招來神仙之屬。還在台上建銅柱（金莖），高30丈，上有仙人，掌捧銅盤玉杯，以承雲表之甘露，即承露盤也。盤大七圍，去長安二百里可望見雲。即《西都賦》所謂“抗仙掌以承露，擢雙立之金莖”。武帝自己想當仙人，還想結交仙侶。他的想像力確實豐富。承露台成為後世園中一景。

相傳，漢武帝劉徹（公元前140-前87年在位）妄求長生，聽道士說用天降甘露拌玉石碎屑服食，可止陰氣生陽氣，長生不死，於是下令在西安建章宮修造了一尊托盤承露銅仙人。本園此處點景之物，約建於嘉慶年間，原是銅鑄雕像。園毀後銅像丟失。原址今豎隨露仙人，為1989年重製的墨玉石雕，樣式、尺寸皆依清代藏圖。
圓明園被劫毀後,仙人承露台之銅仙人不知散失何處,但該台圓形石雕須彌座仍在,1925年前後被拉運至中山公園。1931年3月下旬，營造學社在中山公園舉辦《圓明園遺物文獻展覽》時，此石為參展遺物。現圓形石雕須彌座倒撲在中山公園管理處之北.
