作者簡介

Dr. Steven J. DeKrey has spent 20 years in management education in Asia and the United States. He has an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management and a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. He is Associate Dean of the Business School at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and is the founding director of the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program,consistently ranked among the world’s best. He is a frequent speaker on leadership topics in Asia.Dr. David Messick received a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of North Carolina. He joined the faculty at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he taught until 1992,when he joined the faculty of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His area of specialization is ethical aspects of human information processing and decision making.Charles Anderson is a UK-trained journalist with more than 30 years’ experience, much of it gained during 20 years writing and editing in Asia. He is a former section head at Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post newspaper and is a regular contributor to HKUST Business School publications.
