作者簡介
Chen Zheng is a lecturer in the School of Business Administration. Henan University of Economics and Law Zhengzhou，China. She received her Ph.D， from the.School of Economics. National University of' Ireland-University College Cork.She carried out her post-doctoral research in ARRIS Group Inc: USA.She lectures at both undergraduate add postgraduate levels as well as in Executive Development Programmes and Workshops.Her research interests focus on Entrepreneurial Mental Transformation， Strategic Management and Public Policy: She has published 3 books， over 20 articles in international and Chinese journals and newspapers， and has had research funded by Western and Chinese institutions.
