中國陶瓷工業協會瓷磚貼上技術專業委員會（簡稱：貼上技術委員會）隸屬於中國陶瓷工業協會，英文譯名：Technical Committee For Tiling（簡稱：TCT）。是在瓷磚貼上材料及套用技術方面進行研究、推廣的全國性行業組織，由瓷磚行業、瓷磚膠粘劑行業、建築裝飾行業中的技術領導企業以及相關科研院所、政府管理部門等單位及個人自願組成，設有會員代表大會、理事會、副會長會和秘書處。秘書處下設辦公室、技術專家組、行業發展研究中心、行業推廣中心、財務部等部門。

About TCT
Technical Committee for Tiling (TCT) is subordinated to China Ceramic Industry Association (CCIA). TCT is a nationwide industry organization that study and promote tiling materials and application technology. It was established by a voluntary group within the leading enterprises which run business in ceramic tile industry, ceramic tile adhesive (CTA) industry and building decoration industry as well as relatively scientific research institutes, government departments and individuals. There set up the representative of the general assembly members, the council, the vice chairman of the council and the secretariat. Secretariat is consisted of the office, the technical expert group, the tiling industry development research center, the tiling industry promotion center, the finance department and etc.
機構宗旨
中國陶瓷工業協會瓷磚貼上技術專業委員會的宗旨是：遵守國家的法律、法規，貫徹國家有關 “質量、安全、環保、節能” 等方針、政策，遵從行業主管部門及上級協會的領導，和會員單位共同研究、制訂瓷磚在貼上套用技術方面的標準及規範，並在相關行業中進行推廣與宣傳，促進瓷磚裝飾行業系統化的發展，爭取更好的社會效益和經濟效益。
Purposes of TCT:
Complying with the state laws and regulations; implementing the country guidelines and policies in ‘quality, safety, environmental protection and energy saving’; hewing to the management of superior departments and the association’s leadership; doing research and working out technical standards and norms about technical tiling application together with TCT members.
TCT tend to promote and publicize all about tiling industry to accelerate the systematic development of ceramic tile decoration. We strive for better social and economic benefits for tiling industry.

In March 2009, the training classes for the installation of ceramic tiles with the method of thin bed was held

inBeijing’s big building materials furniture store, which was hosted by the Beijing municipal construction
committee, undertook by Beijing construction decoration association, China ceramic industry association

participants discussed how to let installer work with certificate.
58. 2015年4月29日在井岡山召開了《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》標準申請工作會議，討論並確定了申請
書的內容,也為今後的標準制定工作做好了準備。
On April 29, 2015，the meeting about application of trade standards 《Specifications for the installation of
ceramic tiles》was held in JingGangshan ". The experts discussed and confirmed the content of the
application in order to prepare it for the future work.
59. 2015年正式啟動裝飾鑲貼工職業（工種）的培訓鑑定工作。於2015年7月至2016年7月相繼在北京、上
海、廣州、武漢、成都、長春、昆明等地設立20家國家裝飾鑲貼工職業資格培訓基地。
In 2015, TCT association officially launched the professional training for installer. From July 2015 to July
2016, TCT association successively set up 20 training bases in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan,
Chengdu, Changchun, Kunming etc.
60. 2015年9月23日在青島召開第五屆二次副會長會議，會上決定瓷磚膠行業報告編制工作正式開始。此報告
將由TCT和參編會員企業共同合作完成。
On September 23, 2015, the 4 session of the fifth vice president meeting was held in Qingdao. The start
ofwriting of tile adhesive industry report was officially announced. This report will be completed under the
cooperation between TCT association and participated members.
61. 2015年11月16日在在北京技術開發區召開了中國瓷磚膠行業調研第一次工作小組會議，會議上說明了報
告編寫的目的是探明中國瓷磚膠產業總規模，研究瓷磚膠在瓷磚鋪貼行業中使用現狀、發展趨勢，及2013-
2015年瓷磚膠產能、銷售等信息，並強調了報告編寫的重要性，明確了各參編企業的工作任務。
In Beijing On November 16, 2015, the first work meeting about the research of tile adhesive industry was
held in Beijing. The research work aim to proven the industrial scale of tile adhesive in China, study the
current situation of application, the development trend and the information such as the production and
salesfrom 2013 to 2015. At the meeting, TCT association emphasized the importance of this report and
confirmed the task of every participated enterprise.
62. 2015年11月20日組織了第二期“職業技能鑑定考評員培訓班”，培訓合格者將獲得由人力資源和社會保障
部職業技能鑑定中心頒發的考評員資格證書。此培訓將有利於國家瓷磚鑲貼工職業技能培訓工作更好的開
展。
On November 20, 2015, TCT organized the second phase training of the professional skill evaluation
staff.The qualifier will receive a certificate issued by the ministry of human resources and social security
professional skill appraisal center. This training will improve the development of professional skill training
forinstaller.
63. 2016年4月6日在蘇州召開了瓷磚膠行業調研第二次工作會議。報告初稿已形成，會上聽取了各參編單位
對報告雛形的修改意見以求更完善。
On April 6, 2016, the 2th work meeting about the investigation of tile adhesive industry was held
inSuzhou.The report draft hasbeen formed. At the meeting, according to the expert’s recommendation,
wehave modified the draft Inorder to be perfect .
64. 2016年7月7日在蘇州召開了《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》編制組成立暨第一次工作會議。會議上上
級主管部門充分肯定了本標準編制的重要意義，宣布成立編制組，主編單位聽取了各專家對《標準》大綱的
修改意見，並根據區域對參編單位進行了工作分工。
On July 7, 2016,the first meeting of trade standards《Technical specification for tapplication of ceramic tiles
installation》was held in Suzhou. At the meeting, superior departments affirmed the significance of this
trade standards and announced the formation of drafting group. Chief Editor listened to the experts
recommendations, and confirmed the task according to the area.

real estate developers by the power of the Internet, TCT association reached a strategic cooperation with

66. 2016年7月14日，在中國就業培訓技術指導中心的支持指導下，中國陶瓷工業協會組織的第二批國家職業
技能競賽裁判員培訓會議在北京江西大酒店召開。TCT推薦了11位技術專家參加了此次培訓。
On July 14, 2016, with the support of China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center, the
secondreferee training for the national vocational skills competition organized by China Ceramic Industry
Association was held at the Jiangxi hotel in Beijing. TCT recommended 11 technical experts for this
training.
67. 2016年9月13日,TCT第五屆三次副會長會議在佛山中國陶瓷總部勝利召開。會上，李文慶副秘書長對
2015年1月-2016年8月協會的工作進行匯報。同期，中國瓷磚膠行業調研第三次工作會議也成功召開。會
上，確定了“報告名稱”、定價、主編、編委會成員及出版日期。
On September 13, 2016,the 3th session of the fifth vice president meeting was held in China Ceramics
Industry Headquarters. Mr.Liwenqing, Deputy secretary general,did a work report from January 2015 to
August 2016.At the same time,the 3th work meeting about the investigation of tile adhesive industry was
held. At the end, the name of report，the price, the editor, the editorial board member and the date of
publication were identified.
68. 2016年9月22日至10月4日TCT協會組織會員企業參觀義大利博洛尼亞陶瓷展，同時考察團還到位於德國
博格豪森的瓦克總部生產基地及位於義大利米蘭的馬貝總部進行參觀交流。
From September 22 to October 4th, 2016, TCT organized member companies to visit Italy Bologna
ceramics exhibition. At the same time, the delegation visited the Wacker headquarters and production
base located in Germany, Burghausen and Mapei headquarters in Italy, Milan.
69. 2016年11月18日，2016年中國技能大賽—第二屆全國陶瓷（鑲貼工）職業技能競賽總決賽在佛山市華
夏陶瓷博覽城正式拉開帷幕，來自全國10個賽區的共50名鋪貼選手參加了總決賽。大賽評選出了行業技術能
手20人及全國技能大賽的一、二、三等獎，得到了業內人士的充分肯定。
On November 18, 2016, China Skills Competition – 2th session Installers Vocational Skills Competition
washeld in Foshan Huaxia Ceramic Exhibition City. 50 installers from the 10 division participated thefinals.
The top three were selected and 20 people were awarded the title of technical expert intheindustry. This
competition has been fully affirmed by the industry.
70. 2016年11月19日，在佛山華夏陶瓷城內，由TCT協會組織編寫的《2016中國瓷磚粘結劑行業發展報
告》舉行了新書首發儀式。此報告是國內瓷磚膠行業第一部權威、科學、全面的發展報告。
On November 19, 2016, in Foshan Huaxia Ceramic Expo City, the new book, 《2016 China ceramic tile
adhesive industry development report》organized by TCT, launching ceremony was held. This report is
the first authoritative, scientific and comprehensive report.
71. 2017年3月16日，TCT 第六屆一次會員大會暨會長換屆選舉會議在佛山盛大召開。
On March 16, 2017, TCT 6th session of the general assembly and president election conference was
heldin Foshan.
72. 2017年4月18-22日TCT協會攜5家會員企業以組團形式參加了第29屆佛山陶博會。
On April 20, 2017 From April 18 to 22,2017, TCT organized 5 member enterprises to participate the 29th

78.2017年11月23日，《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》送審稿審查會在福建召開。審查組認為，本《規
程》的內容和深度達到了預期要求，《規程》填補了國內陶瓷飾面磚貼上施工標準的空白，總體達到了國內
先進水平，一致同意通過審查。

installation》 washeld in Fujian. According to the review group, the content has been reached the
expectedrequirement,and has filled the gap in the construction standard for the installation of

制組成立並確定了編制組成員及各小組分工。

告編寫的目的是探明中國瓷磚膠產業總規模，研究瓷磚膠在瓷磚鋪貼行業中使用現狀、發展趨勢，及2013-
2015年瓷磚膠產能、銷售等信息，並強調了報告編寫的重要性，明確了各參編企業的工作任務。
In Beijing On November 16, 2015, the first work meeting about the research of tile adhesive industry was
held in Beijing. The research work aim to proven the industrial scale of tile adhesive in China, study the
current situation of application, the development trend and the information such as the production and
salesfrom 2013 to 2015. At the meeting, TCT association emphasized the importance of this report and
confirmed the task of every participated enterprise.

部職業技能鑑定中心頒發的考評員資格證書。此培訓將有利於國家瓷磚鑲貼工職業技能培訓工作更好的開

對報告雛形的修改意見以求更完善。

級主管部門充分肯定了本標準編制的重要意義，宣布成立編制組，主編單位聽取了各專家對《標準》大綱的
修改意見，並根據區域對參編單位進行了工作分工。
On July 7, 2016,the first meeting of trade standards《Technical specification for tapplication of ceramic tiles
installation》was held in Suzhou. At the meeting, superior departments affirmed the significance of this
trade standards and announced the formation of drafting group. Chief Editor listened to the experts
recommendations, and confirmed the task according to the area.

On July 14, 2016, with the support of China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center, the
secondreferee training for the national vocational skills competition organized by China Ceramic Industry
Association was held at the Jiangxi hotel in Beijing. TCT recommended 11 technical experts for this
training.
67. 2016年9月13日,TCT第五屆三次副會長會議在佛山中國陶瓷總部勝利召開。會上，李文慶副秘書長對
2015年1月-2016年8月協會的工作進行匯報。同期，中國瓷磚膠行業調研第三次工作會議也成功召開。會
上，確定了“報告名稱”、定價、主編、編委會成員及出版日期。
On September 13, 2016,the 3th session of the fifth vice president meeting was held in China Ceramics
Industry Headquarters. Mr.Liwenqing, Deputy secretary general,did a work report from January 2015 to
August 2016.At the same time,the 3th work meeting about the investigation of tile adhesive industry was
held. At the end, the name of report，the price, the editor, the editorial board member and the date of
publication were identified.
68. 2016年9月22日至10月4日TCT協會組織會員企業參觀義大利博洛尼亞陶瓷展，同時考察團還到位於德國
博格豪森的瓦克總部生產基地及位於義大利米蘭的馬貝總部進行參觀交流。
From September 22 to October 4th, 2016, TCT organized member companies to visit Italy Bologna
ceramics exhibition. At the same time, the delegation visited the Wacker headquarters and production
base located in Germany, Burghausen and Mapei headquarters in Italy, Milan.
69. 2016年11月18日，2016年中國技能大賽—第二屆全國陶瓷（鑲貼工）職業技能競賽總決賽在佛山市華
夏陶瓷博覽城正式拉開帷幕，來自全國10個賽區的共50名鋪貼選手參加了總決賽。大賽評選出了行業技術能
手20人及全國技能大賽的一、二、三等獎，得到了業內人士的充分肯定。
On November 18, 2016, China Skills Competition – 2th session Installers Vocational Skills Competition
washeld in Foshan Huaxia Ceramic Exhibition City. 50 installers from the 10 division participated thefinals.
The top three were selected and 20 people were awarded the title of technical expert intheindustry. This
competition has been fully affirmed by the industry.
70. 2016年11月19日，在佛山華夏陶瓷城內，由TCT協會組織編寫的《2016中國瓷磚粘結劑行業發展報
告》舉行了新書首發儀式。此報告是國內瓷磚膠行業第一部權威、科學、全面的發展報告。
On November 19, 2016, in Foshan Huaxia Ceramic Expo City, the new book, 《2016 China ceramic tile
adhesive industry development report》organized by TCT, launching ceremony was held. This report is
the first authoritative, scientific and comprehensive report.
71. 2017年3月16日，TCT 第六屆一次會員大會暨會長換屆選舉會議在佛山盛大召開。
On March 16, 2017, TCT 6th session of the general assembly and president election conference was
heldin Foshan.
72. 2017年4月18-22日TCT協會攜5家會員企業以組團形式參加了第29屆佛山陶博會。
On April 20, 2017 From April 18 to 22,2017, TCT organized 5 member enterprises to participate the 29th
China (Foshan) international Ceramic & bathroom Expo Fair.
73. 2017年4月20日，《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》第二次工作會議在淄博成功召開，與會專家對《規
程》初稿進行討論並提出修改意見，對標準的即將發布打下良好基礎。
On April 20, 2017, the second work meeting of trade standards《Technical specification for tapplication of
ceramic tilesinstallation》was held in Zibo. The experts discussed the draft and proposed amendments.
This providea good foundation for the launch of standard.
74. 2017年5月8日TCT組織選手參加CCTV《中國大能手》“瓷磚貼面”節目錄製，來自培訓基地的4名選手入
圍全國10強。
On May 8, 2017, TCT organized installers to participate the CCTV 《China great master》- "Setting tiles"
program, 4 people from the training base were shortlisted for top 10.
75. 2017年5月26日，TCT在廣州舉辦了第三期“職業技能鑑定考評員培訓班”，擴大了考評員隊伍的同時，也
為今後培訓工作的順利進行提供了保障。
On May 26, 2017, TCT organized the third training of the vocational skill evaluation staff in Guangzhou.
This training expanded the team and also provided a guarantee for thesmooth progress of training work
in the future.
76. 2017年8月25日，TCT第六屆一次副會長會議在南京召開，會上對上半年的工作及下半年的計畫進行了匯
報和具體商討。
On August 25, 2017, the first session of the sixth vice president meeting was held in Nanjing. At the
meeting, the work in the first half of the year and the plan of the second half of the year were reported
anddiscussed concretely.
77. 2017年9月18日至09月25日TCT協會組織會員企業參觀義大利博洛尼亞陶瓷展，同期參觀德國
ARDEX（亞地斯）總部及瑞士的Akzo Nobel Chemicals AG（阿克蘇諾貝爾化學品公司）總部，並做學術交
流。
From September 18 to September 25,2017, TCT organized member companies to visit CERSAIE ,
InternationalExhibitionofCeramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings. At the same time, the delegation
visited the headquarters of ARDEX in Germany and the headquarters of Akzo Nobel Chemicals company
in Switzerland.
78.2017年11月23日，《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》送審稿審查會在福建召開。審查組認為，本《規
程》的內容和深度達到了預期要求，《規程》填補了國內陶瓷飾面磚貼上施工標準的空白，總體達到了國內
先進水平，一致同意通過審查。
On November 23, 2017, the review meeting of 《Technical specification for tapplication of ceramic tiles
installation》 washeld in Fujian. According to the review group, the content has been reached the
expectedrequirement,and has filled the gap in the construction standard for the installation of
ceramictiles,and has agreed topass the review.
79.2017年12月28日，《美縫劑套用技術規程》編制組成立暨第一次工作會議在無錫召開。會議上宣布了編
制組成立並確定了編制組成員及各小組分工。
On December 28, 2017, the first work meeting of 《Specifications for Seams》was held in Wuxi. At the
meeting, the working group was set up and the members of the group and the division of each member’s
work were identified.
80.2018年3月28日， TCT協會第六屆二次副會長會議在汕頭召開，會上副秘書長匯報了2017年工作並做了
2018年的工作計畫部署，同時就協會的重點工作進行了研討。
On March 28, 2018, the second session of the sixth vice president meeting was held in Shantou. At the
meeting, the deputy secretary general reported the work in 2017 and made the work plan for 2018, and
all attendantsdiscussed the key work.
81.2018年4月18-21日，TCT協會攜17家企業參加第31屆佛山春季陶瓷博覽會並在展會上專門設立了“TCT瓷
磚輔材專區”。
From April 18 to 21, 2018, the TCT Association took 17 enterprises to participate the 31 China (Foshan)
international Ceramic & bathroom Expo Fair and specially set up "TCT ceramic tile auxiliary material
area" at the fair.
82.2018年5月11日，TCT協會在宜興組織了第四期“職業技能鑑定考評員培訓班”， 為今後培訓工作的順利進
行提供了保障。
On May 11, 2018, the TCT association organized the fourth training of thevocational skill evaluation
staffin Yixing, providing a guarantee for the smooth progress of training work in the future.
83.2018年5月25日，TCT協會在上海組織了第五期“職業技能鑑定考評員培訓班”，它將更好的保障技能培訓
的質量，提高職業技能鑑定的水平，對於瓷磚鋪貼行業起著積極的推動作用。
On May 25, 2018, the TCT association organized the fifth training of the vocational skill evaluation staff
in Shanghai, it will better guarantee the quality of training, improve the level of vocational skills
appraisaand play a positive role in promoting tile installation industry.
84. 2018年6月28日下午，2018中國瓷磚貼上行業調研第一次工作會議在瓦克化學北京辦公室順利召開。
On June 28, 2018, the first work meeting about the investigation of China's tile adhesive industry was held
in Wake Chemical Beijing Office.
85. 2018年7月17日，中國工程建設協會標準《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》宣貫會（北京站）在中國建築
科學研究院國家建築工程質量監督檢驗中心召開。
On July 17, 2018，the publicity and implementation conference (Beijing Station) of the association
standard《Technical specification for application of ceramic tiles installation》was held at the National
Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Building Engineering.
86. 2018年7月31日，中國工程建設協會標準《陶瓷飾面磚貼上套用技術規程》宣貫會（華東地區）在金螳螂
總部召開。
On July 31, 2018，the publicity and implementation conference (East China Station) of the association
standard《Technical specification for application of ceramic tiles installation》was held at Golden Mantis
Headquarters.
87. 2018年12月7日,2018年中國技能大賽第四屆全國陶瓷（鑲貼工）職業技能競賽總決賽在佛山陶瓷總部基
地舉行。來自全國7個賽區的48名工匠師傅參加了這次比賽。
On December 7, 2018, 2018 China Skills Competition — 4th session Installers Vocational Skills
Competition was held at China Ceramics Industry Headquarters in Foshan. Forty-eight craftsmen from
seven districts of the country participated in the competition.
