中國膠杯菌，為中國膠杯菌屬一新種，生長於朽木上，其價值未明。

摘要 | 本文報導了 產於中國花耳科 Dacrymytaceae 的五個新種: 小膠杯菌 Femsjonia minor Liu et Fan sp. nov., 中國膠杯菌 Femsjonia sinensis Liu et K.Tao sp. nov.葉狀假花耳 Dacryopinax foliacea Liu et Fan sp. nov., 大孢假花 耳 Dacryopinax macrospora Lin, Fan et Y.M.Li sp. nov., 以及湖南膠角菌Calocera hunanensis Liu. et K.Tao sp. nov.小膠杯菌與該屬其它種的區別在於子實 體小型、孢子分隔處縊縮且常具縱隔、不孕面光滑以及皮 層菌絲體多分枝且極端膨大, 中國膠杯菌與該屬其它種的 區別在於菌絲無鎖狀連合, 葉狀假花耳及大孢假花耳與本 屬其它種的區別主要在於多隔的孢子 (3個隔以上). 假花 耳屬兩個新種在巨觀形態上非常相似, 但大孢假花耳的孢 子為 35-40 X 10-12.5 micrometer, 具7-15隔, 葉狀假 花耳的孢子為 15-22.5 X 4.5-6.5 micrometer, 具3-7隔 ,湖南膠角菌主要特徵是擔子果呈羊肚菌狀, 偶裂成分葉 狀, 孢子具1薄壁的橫隔. 所有新種的主模式標本均保藏 于山西大學真菌標本室. |
Abstract | Fresh contaminate specimens of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc. collected from Diqing Tibeten Autonompus Prefecture, Yunnan Provincethe contamination were isolated and cultivated to obtain a pure species. It was identified as a new species of tolypoc, adiumnamely Tolypocladiumsinense C.L.Li.sp.nov. It forms phialides and phialospores in several agar media, the base of phialidesare spherical or elliptical and terminated by slender, curved neck bearing globose to ovoid phiaospores the morphologicalcharacteristics of the new species are given in comparison with other species of Tolypcladium, itis obviously different from other speciesof Tolypocladium inshapeand size of phialospores as well as phialides, alsohosts and habitats. Therefore we consider Tolypocladium sinense as a new species. The new species is cultivated by sublerged culture in liquid medium composed of peptone, glucose, inorganic salt etc, at 26'C, pH5.2, on shakers for 12 days. Thefermentation broth was extracted with an equal volume of acetic ether and the organic layer was separated and evaporated underreduced pressure. In this way 1 liter of fermentation broth yield approximately 50-80 mg of crude materal of cyclosporin. The crudemateral exhibit antifungal activity for strains of some imperfect fungi. |
