作者簡介
卓澤淵，中共中央黨校教授，法學理論博士研究生導師，中國法學會常務理事，中國行為法學會副會長，中國法理學會副會長。1963年生於重慶市長壽縣；1980年至1984年在西南政法大學法律系學習，畢業後留校任教；1987年至1990年在西南政法大學法理學專業攻讀碩士學位，畢業後再度留校任教。1991年晉升講師，1993年破格晉升副教授，1995年破格晉升教授。2000年6月在中國社會科學院研究生院獲得法學理論博士學位。1999年12月至2003年9月任西南政法大學副校長。2003年8月調中共中央黨校工作。先後入選中國“百千萬人才工程”人選，全國宣傳文化系統“四個一批”人才，中國第二屆十大傑出中青年法學家，中國哲學社會科學首屆領軍人才；獲得國務院政府津貼以及法務部優秀教師獎和法學教育優秀育人獎，重慶市九五立功獎章，重慶市五四青年獎章。先後出版有《法律價值》、《法的價值論》、《法的價值總論》、《法治泛論》、《法政治學》、《法政治學研究》和《法治國家》等學術著作；總主編10卷本《法學論點要覽》叢書，主編有高等學校法學教材的《法學導論》、《法理學》等，副主編《馬克思主義法學新探》、《社會主義市場經濟法律問題研究》等。
