《中國房地產市場和住房滿意度建模研究(英文版)》主要對1998年後完全實現商業住房體系的中國房地產市場進行了探究。首先,開創性地利用system GMM模型發現影Ⅱ向中國房價上升的主要因素,並分析這些因素是如何影響房價的;其次,運用一系列統計檢驗和計量模型探究中國區域房價的收斂性和聚合效應;最後,利用有序機率模型對2006年中國綜合社會調查數據進行建模分析,探究城鎮居民生活幸福感和住房滿意度與住房條件等房屋屬性的關係,並研究住房條件對不同群體居民的不同影響。
