本書分為“專論”、“衝突法研究”、“比較法研究”、“國際民商事爭議解決”以及“評介與資料”五個部分。其中，“專論”主要涉及國際私法的基本性或巨觀性問題，“衝突法研究”著重探討法律選擇的理論與實踐，“比較法研究”挑選了幾篇從比較的視角論述域外民商事法律制度特色的文章，“國際民商事爭議解決”主要探討國際民事訴訟與國際商事仲裁，“評介與資料”按往年慣例收錄了前一年度的中國國際私法司法實踐述評，並選取了若干篇介紹國外國際私法立法的譯作。
作者簡介
中國國際私法學會(China Society of Private International Law ， CSPIL)是我國從事國際私法教學、科研和實務的有關個人和單位自願組成的*guo性、民間性和非營利性學術團體。於1987年10月在武漢大學成立，*任會長為武漢大學韓德培教授，現任會長為中國法學會副會長、中國政法大學校長黃進教授。學會秉承憲法和法律，貫徹“百花齊放，百家爭鳴”的方針，積*開展國內外學術交流，每年定期召開*guo性、地區性和國際性學術會議，出版《中國國際私法與比較法年刊》，開展中國國際私法優秀學術成果評獎活動，積*成立專題研究委員會，推進國際私法教學與理論研究向縱深發展；起草制定《中華人民共和國國際私法示範法》，向外交部、法務部和*高人民法院等提供諮詢報告，為我國國際私法立法與實踐發展建言獻策，為涉外法治體系完善作出重要貢獻。
