內容簡介
《中國國際私法(英文)》是世界上首部以中國法為視角並用英文寫作的國際私法專著,其用途有三:其一,它可以消除橫亘在外國學者與中國國際私法之間的語言障礙,促進中、外國際私法學術界的互通互動。其二,它可以為中、外法律實務工作者把握當代中國國際私法實踐提供指導。其三,它可作為國際私法雙語及全英語教材,用於各法學院校的本科與研究生教學。
作者簡介
霍政欣,1976年11月生,2005年6月畢業於
武漢大學法學院,獲法學博士學位,現就職於中國政法大學國際法學院,兼任中國法學會理事、中國國際私法學會理事、韓國首爾國立大學中國研究所研究員。曾先後赴德國(2001)、奧地利(2003)、荷蘭(2004)、美國(2006-2007)、韓國(2009-2010)等國進行訪問研究。作者的主要專著有《
不當得利的國際私法問題》(
武漢大學出版社,2006),主要譯著有《
法律選擇與涉外司法》(
北京大學出版社,2007)、《如果你是平等主義者,為何如此富有?》(北京大學出版社,2009)等;先後在“American Tournal 0f Comparative Law”、“Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal”、“Journal of Cambridge Studies”、《法學研究》、《法學評論》、《比較法研究》、《
武漢大學學報》、《求是學刊》、《民商法論叢》、《
中國國際法年刊》、《
中國國際私法與比較法年刊》、《武大國際法評論》、《人民法院報》、《南方周末》、《聯合早報》等國內外刊物上發表中英文學術論文、譯文及評論50餘篇;其科研及教學成果曾獲得湖北省第六屆哲學社會科學優秀成果獎二等獎、北京市第十屆哲學社會科學優秀成果獎二等獎、中國高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(
人文社會科學)三等獎、中國政法大學第四屆青年教師教學基本功大賽冠軍等獎項。
