中國國家能源有限公司(China National Energy Co., Ltd.)是國資委管理的重要骨幹企業，前身是1982年7月成立的中國能源進出口總公司。2003年4月，以其為核心組建中國國家能源集團公司。2009年4月，經重組準備在香港上市的大型企業。2011年5月更名為中國國家能源有限公司，並正式進駐香港。中國國家能源有限公司簡稱中能公司（CNE）。

China National Energy Co., Ltd. is a large important state-owned key enterprise managed by SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission). The predecessor was China Energy Import and Export Corporation, which was founded in July 1982. In April 2003, based its core capital, China National Energy Group Company was established, which was then restricted in April 2009 and prepared to list in Hong Kong. In May 2011, it was renamed to China National Energy Co., LTD, and officially stationed in Hong Kong. The abbreviation of China National Energy Company Co., Ltd is CNE.
